Orders will be shipped in 1-3 days, unless there is a backordered item, which will be indicated by the stock status. If there is an item backordered, all items will ship together once it is in. If Amanda is traveling and there will be a further delay, it will be indicated by a pop-up at the bottom of the page, so be sure not to have pop-ups blocked
Shipping is based on the items ordered. Patterns ship free in the US. The maximum amount of shipping charged in the US is $15. The maximum amount charged for Canada is $60 US dollars and the maximum amount for the rest of the world is $85 US dollars. For Canadian customers – please be aware that there seem to be massive customs fees right now. This used to only happen on packages send UPS, but now it is also happening on packages sent through the mail.
For digital products, like PDF patterns, order processing happens immediately. If you do not receive an email within a half hour of placing an order, check your spam folder. If you still don’t see anything, please email me using my contact page.
Our apologies but do not ship to the EU or to the United Kingdom as we are not set up to handle the VAT tax filing requirements there.
