Moonlight Serenade Ruler Panel

The Petal Ruler Panel (24” x 42”) from Amanda’s Moonlight Serenade line is designed to practice quilting a variety of designs with Amanda’s Every Oval Quilting Templates in a 6mm thickness.   (You must be able to lift your presser foot to quilt the inside shapes on these templates!)
