The Jubilee Ruler Panel (24” x 42”) in the silver/black color story is designed to practice quilting with Amanda’s Jubilee Ruler Set. A coordinating Jubilee Ruler Panel Guide is available to walk you through the process. The panel can be made into a runner, bag, pillows, or it can be incorporated into a larger quilt.
This panel is designed to work with my Jubilee Ruler Set, sold separately, which includes:
A straight line ruler with a “cheater line” that makes stitching-in-the-ditch easier.
A small circle ruler that quilts 2-1/2” circle externally. (Also great for quilting small, uniform curves.)
A larger circle that quilts a 5-1/2” circle externally and a 1” circle internally. Note that this ruler does not have an opening so you must be able to raise your presser foot to use the internal shapes.
