Every Feather Spine (LOW SHANK)

The Every Feather Spine ruler helps with establishing a curved spine for feathers, whether in a border or on its own.  It is the perfect compliment to the Every Feather Plume ruler set.

This ruler is 3mm low shank thickness.  You can find the 6mm longarm version here.
