Shops that are stocking First Frost

Hi there!

I’ve had a lot of emails about where people can locate my new line, First Frost, in this chaotic world. While I do have a limited supply kits for both the light and dark versions of Woodland Sampler, I don’t have yardage and leave that to the shops. I asked Benartex to send me a list of shops that ordered First Frost directly this month. Keep in mind it isn’t a complete list as I do not have access to distributor information which means that I don’t have access to the names of shops who might have ordered the collection from U.S. distributors or any international orders, but at least this is a place to start:

First Frost (and a pattern bundle) is coming to town!

Happy spring! Even though the temperatures are warming up I’m excited that First Frost will be shipping to shops next month. Now is the time to check with your local shop to see if they’ve ordered and ask them to kit anything you might be interested in. Your requests are what gets fabric into shops!

I’ve posted a First Frost PDF bundle and printed pattern bundle (both at a discount!) in my shop to help you plan. The patterns list the SKUs I used for all the quilts in detail. You can also find the individual patterns sold separately and, as always, if you are lucky enough to have a local shop it is great to support them!

Woodland Sampler – we’ll be piecing this one together in my Facebook Group, Quilting with Amanda Murphy!

Skyscraper is a great modern easy-to-piecew pattern perfect for both boys and girls!

Winter Blooms – I can’t get enough applique or Aurifil thread!

We’ll be piecing Woodland Sampler together in my Facebook Group starting in June. So stay tuned for information on that because I have a bunch of great prizes lined up!

Also, in addition to the patterns showed above, my Hometown pattern, originally designed for Celestial Lights on a navy background, looks great in First Frost on white! I had a lot of fun piecing this one and you can find the modified yardage chart here.

Shops who ordered Nightingale and a Sample Sale of Quilts and Small Projects

Hi everyone,

I hope you and your families are having a happy holiday season! Like everyone else we are very busy over here – I haven’t even started decorating and getting ready for Christmas but at least I’m finally home after weeks on the road! (Which is good also because I have fabric lines to draw too and that is impossible to do in a hotel room!) My studio is overflowing with projects and I’ve put some in my online store – as hard as they are to part with I’m hoping they can make other people’s homes a little brighter this holiday season! Many are magazine projects that I made but don’t remember the specifics of – it all sort of runs together, you know? So if you are interested please take a look here.

Secondly, I wanted to drop in with a report Benartex sent me of shops who ordered Nightingale. As a reminder, there are three patterns designed specifically for this line: Night Garden, Salt Water Taffy, and Sunrise.

This is not a complete list because if they were sold through a distributor (like all international orders and many domestic are) I don’t have access to those records, but this should help those in the US looking for this fabric.
