Buying Ambrosia

Posted on Leave a comment

Just a quick note for those who have asked, Fabric Shack (in Waynesville, Ohio) is a shop that is carrying my entire line of Ambrosia fabrics.  I’ve also listed a couple more shops that are carrying part of the line in the sidebar.  If you are a shop, or know of a shop, that has ordered Ambrosia, please let me know and I will add your name to the list…

Thanks!

Also in my shop… Ambrosia 10-Squared

My first downloadable pattern is also available.  It is called “Ambrosia 10-Squared”, but my favorite thing about this design is that you can use any 10 fat quarters if fabric to create the quilt. (You wouldn’t just happen to have 10 fat quarters of absolutely luscious quilt fabrics just laying around, would you?)  You just make a few simple cuts and shuffle the fabrics around to create 12 quilt squares. It is versatile and really, really easy!

To get a copy of the pattern, head on over to my shop.

(I’d just like to add that this pattern is for personal use only. Digital and/or printed distribution is not permitted. You may teach a class using this pattern, but please specify that each of your students must purchase their own copy from my website. Please do not sell items made from this pattern. Thanks!)

You can make it larger by adding a border or you can also add fat quarters to make additional blocks.
Note:  This pattern is no longer available as a downloadable file, but I plan on putting it out in printed form in the future…

Have a great week!

My Shop is Open!

Guess what came in the mail while we were away?

The January/February Issue of McCall’s Quilting!  My baby is on page 64.  To say I am thrilled would be an understatement.

My shop is open and there are a limited number of “Flower Bed” kits available and a few half yard bundles of Ambrosia as well.  I don’t plan to offer more after they are gone, but I am working on trying to get a list of shops that offer my fabric in the meantime.  I appreciate your patience.  Given this is my first collection, I am still ironing the process out.

Hope everyone had safe, wonderful holidays!
